Fitness at Providence Country Club

The group exercise and weight rooms at Providence Country Club are currently being expanded to double their existing footprint. Part of larger clubhouse renovations that include relocating the Golf Shop, members will soon enjoy new equipment in addition to the larger space.  

Opening this Spring, members will enjoy a full range of classes and individual training, along with extended hours to accommodate busy schedules. You'll find a variety in equipment - free weights, strength machines, cardio equipment, and dedicated aerobics room - coupled with modern amenities such as flat screen televisions and remote facility access.

For those working toward a specific goal, or maybe just in a workout rut, our two certified fitness instructors continue to offer private training and health education. Providence frequently hosts health seminars providing our members fitness and nutrition guidance, and actively promotes junior programs in sports conditioning and weight training to help establish healthy lifestyles for our youngest members.
